Greetings
We are glad that you visited this Website. If you are looking for a "church home" our hope is that you prayerfully consider Holgate Baptist Church. We believe churches are made up of very special people, people who are loved and redeemed by the Father through the blood of His "one of a kind son," Jesus Christ. We believe that the church is put together by God. The Bible says, "But now God has set the members, each of them, in the body just as He pleased" (1 Corinthians 12:18).
The Bible also makes clear that God gifts and equips each member as He sees fit. Verse 11 of that same chapter says, "But the one and the same Spirit works all things, distributing to each one individually as He wills." This means that God has a special plan and will for your life, and He equips you to accomplish that task.
Our task as a church is to help you to discover, develop, and use those gifts and abilities so that you might fulfill the plan for your life.
Our vision is "To have every member involved in evangelism and ministry making Holgate Baptist Church a safe place to worship, serve, and to grow." Give us a call, or better yet, come and worship with us.
